It's as if you are riding an elevator, listening to elevator music at some parts of the song..then the doors open, and there's an entire orchestra playing.....then the door closes and back to elevator music. Awesome!

update 2/1/22: I'm back after almost 4 years, and I love this remix just as much as I loved it back then. When I wrote this comment, I was in my last year of elementary school... now I'm in high school, and it's crazy to think about how much has changed. Thank you for creating something I remembered over the years!
I feel like this would play at the start of a space battle, where the protagonist is dodging a bunch of lasers or something, but I only got that feeling from the very beginning of it, with those first few notes on he piano.

Beautiful today as it was back in the 80s and thanks to Steven Spielberg and so many others I enjoyed the greatest movie created by Ernest Clines Holy Grail of Pop Culture. Saw the movie in 3-D when it came out and bought it a few months later here on RUclips. Thank you Steven Spielberg and praise you on your latest and now one of my favorite movies of your creation The Fablemans.

You know what I think makes this work so well? How tinny it sounds at the start.
The first 54 seconds are very "MIDI" and loosely layered together. It sounds like a cheap cover at first, with fast attack/decay, basic drum samples, and minimal effects.
The drop at 0:55 works so well because of the sudden sharp contrast: reverberation, vibrato, very realistic drums and instruments, and well-mastered to give the whole thing a very "large" presence.
I'm citing this in the future as an example of how contrast really makes things stand out. Bravo! :D
