That’s not the Lake Shore. That’s a protect set (two P42’s with a baggage car in the middle). The westbound Lake Shore (449) would be facing west obviously, not east against the bumper. And the eastbound Lakeshore (448) comes in after dark. Not in the morning when 173 is leaving.
