The Coniston Fell Race 2010 (please watch at 480p)

Coniston Fell Race 2010 this year was an English Championships counter. The race distance is 9 miles over 3500 feet of climb. Ian Holmes triumphed again this year in a time of 68.39.
Ian holds the race record with a time of 63.29 (1996)
The female record is 80.51 (1996) and was set by Menna Angharad.

@wharfeego Cheers Wharfee. My old friend gave me a lift. Good idea about getting together doing a Wharfee/Felle film. The more footage the better thats what I say.
