It's a local restaurant with several locations, famous for their gizzards. I'll have to check out that Nugget Honey with some gizzards.

Got the wrong one- that Last Dab is good but the Apollo version is fire. Fantastic flavor, supremely hot. If you like them hot, and want something with a better flavor than the Bomb- try Chocolate Plague by Puckerbutt- 690K scoville, but the flavor is awesome. Very chipolteish.

Pepper X, chocolate pepper X, peach pepper X, distilled vinegar, ginger root, turmeric, coriander, cumin, dry mustard are the ingredients in one of the later incarnations. Some batches of the last dab are not as hot and others are insane. The one I had was from 4 years ago, and it was delicious. Took a few seconds for the heat to hit. I just ate it off a spoon. Wouldn't recommend basting wings with it, but would have made a great mix in.
Daz you have to check out Jinjers song Home Back. The syncopation that they pull off is on the verge of broken and then Tatiana just delivers some Alex the Terrible's demonic growls. Check out the official music video that they just released about a month ago or the Alive in Melbourne concert version.
