Just think about it, if phones were so easy to find everyone would be a repairman. secondly, there is a girls picture on the phone indicating that she was the previous owner right? where is passcode? Fingerprint?. Who the hell uses his/her phone without passcode?. No google account no personal apps like whatsapp, instagram. Not to mention that if a phone stays in water as damaged as seen in the video there is no way it coming back to life and there is not even a single spot of rust on the phone. I mean come on, make it look somewhat real..

If they actually dry off you can use it no problem too Sometimes if you do have a short, you may just need to solder the peice back. Plus he used heat and rubbing alcohol to clear off debris
