These 14 videos are great and clear so many queries without even Asking. Its not just a crash course its an in depth guide and great quick start. Thankyou for posting such good content. Yet I think there can be more video on Sync rules configuration and Also I have a query that you have done all the configuration of O365, will it work same for Azure AD including soft match and hard match other subtle features of AAD Connect. One more query that can PHS and PTA can be used together ? I am liking and commenting all 14 videos that have added so much value to me. Thanks once again.

Hi Harsh, Thank you for these lovely comments. Coming to your queries, PHS and PTA can't be used together. And when you implement AAD Connect with M365, at the backend it is implemented in Azure AD. You can verify this by going to Microsoft Entra ID > Entra Connect.

You can migrate from downwards to upwards(onprim AD to cloud), in this case you should o with Azure AD, as both platforms are upwards.

Office 365 groups can be written back from EXO to on-premise (post meeting certain requirements), Hybrid attributes are also written back to on-premise.
