I'm guessing this department doesn't follow NFPA recommendations? That EV should when parked remove all white flashing atleast to the front. But actually it should disengage all white flashing.
this was slide switch 3 and the chief didn’t have time to put it to slide switch 2 since they had a job to do as soon as they arrived. That said, this vehicle does not disable white automatically when put into park, nor does at least one vehicle in every single other department I have photographed in my 6 years of this. its not the biggest deal when working on a fire scene. something to point out? Sure! But not the key concern here at all.
