Okay, hear me out. This character's name is Ruth, she had a divorce with her husband, James, and decided she wanted to get away from her small town and move into the big city. Erin: "Mint Julip?"
Me, now in Colonel Sanders cosplay: "Why, yes, a mint julip, perfect for watchin the ponies ran on this here fiiiiiine Kentucky evenin"
You cosplay Colonel Sanders? Absolute legend. I have you in my highest regards along with those who cosplay miku binder Jefferson.
@@erickskii NOT MIKU BINDER JEFFERSON HDHFMSHFKNWKF
Lmao I love this. Keep shining you crazy colonel Sanders cosplaying diamond you! I hope you still are!
Me: *slowly pulls southern drawl out, scaring the crap out of my wife*
The roaring 20s happened to be my favorite time period aside from the Edwardian era and this vid is so beautiful I cried a little, from the props, outfits and makeup to the asmr part... just! Magnifique!
Same, just for me it's 20's and Victorian era. Tbh I often wish I was alive back then. Even though the times weren't that much better than what we have right now - the aesthetics are worth it hahaha
I think you meant magnifique :)
@@miss1252 ah yes haha thanks! I mistaken a horror film name
I'm just surprised that this character's lipstick is still pristine, despite all the air kisses.
I love the 1920's videos so much, there is something so charming about pretending to be a rather shy young woman who somehow has a friend who seems to be feared by enemies and beloved by everyone else.
i love how she switches between soft spoken and whispering throughout the video x
I don’t ever use the word ‘lovely’, but this is definitely lovely. It’s so intimate, and it has so much depth
i love how she showed us all of the membership levels even the lower ones just to make us feel important 🥺❤️❤️
Okay, hear me out. This character's name is Ruth, she had a divorce with her husband, James, and decided she wanted to get away from her small town and move into the big city. There she became an activist and became the fancy wine and cheese type, eventually becoming interested in brewing and opened a small, underground bar for people of color, LGBT+ people, artists, and other activists. That's just my headcanon though. :)
Could be right. But don't think people of colour or LGBTQ+ were allowed... I mean people didn't discuss their sexuality it was so frowned upon it was nearly unheard of.
But... hey maybe she was ahead of her time
@@Chloe299XxX in the the last 1920s video she mentions a gentleman who "didn't swing our way" and speaks highly of him. So most likely ahead of the time
@@lyedraws2804 ah very interesting thanks. I'm new to this channel I'm catching up on her videos
Charlii MSP its so clear now-
"Oh, don't look at me like that. I didn't kill him, he just died and left me everything"
Cookie for you if you catch the reference ;3
Historians would say that me and 1920s speakeasy Erin are "close friends"
This girl must be an actor or something cause this is fabulous.
I like to think that Marno is chilling just out of frame, helping Erin to dispose of all these beverages she's mixing.
I’m gonna be at the club screaming “Hey can I get a Bees Knees?!”
Anyone else watch multiple times so they can both get their rest and not miss any of the plot?
Yes!
I get into bed and this gets posted. So excited for another 1920s journey!!
Here we go!! Zzzzzz
Erin: "good girl!"
my heterosexuality: *ight imma head out*
My exact reactiOn-
Corn fact: Corn is a cereal crop that is part of the grass family.
I had two corn on the cobs after dinner today and it was the highlight of it all. I'm corn rolling you might say. Dunkin corn on the daily if you could consider it. So how much stock you got
Thank you sir for this piece of needed information
The what family??
Is anyone else getting ADVERTS IN THE MIDDLE 😭 scared the life out of me
Gotta love the unintentional jumpscare
RUclips premium was so worth it just for the ASMR
Yes, three shouting adverts. I mute them.
Tip on how to save your ears: drag the bar to the end and click the replay button and it won't give you ads
I don’t think that she does them intentionally. I’m not sure, (I have youtube premium so I don’t have ads, and I’m also not entirely sure how they work) but I believe that sometimes youtube puts ads even if the creator didn’t intend.
I swear you are a keeper of a portal that actually takes us back in time to all these atmospheric places and scenes we didn't realise we were familiar with until you reminded us. I bet you've got a great movie script inside you too
@@AadiASMR damn did you literally respond to EVERY SINGLE COMMENT so far??? im horrified but also kind of impressed
Ma’am....pls stop calling me “my girl”....I’m already gay you’re killing me
Damn that’s felt

I know right I started dying of the *g a y*
I feel this because holy hell I am smitten.
I like to imagine that someone's sitting just off camera tossing back Erin's drinks as she makes them
I want that job
*marno asmr has entered the chat*
I doubt it's Marno because I recall him having some trouble with alcohol. Don't quote me on this though
Due to inflation, $100 back then is equivalent to $1300 now, so like...
If its annual or even permanent then its not bad
I like how this comments section is 5% sleep and 95% sexual awakening
Me: Thinking about how much alcoholic beverage knowledge I’ll have in the future.
thats what i was tinking

i love the game already!
FYI - RUclips has turned on ads in the middle of this video. You may want to turn them off? 😊
Just a notice, RUclips turned on mid-video ads!
I started playing the game a while ago because of hearing you promote it, and I really like it. Great way to de-stress!
This is random but where did you get your glass bottles in the begging, they're very pretty 🥰🥰🥰
i’m only a social drinker but now i wanna go to this speakeasy literally every single day
The 1920s were roaring for a reason! 🍸
And now we get to :)
Man that lemon peel dropping into the martini glass was SO satisfying.
“You have always been the more law abiding of us two”
Me, who’s been arrested 3 times: oh yeah, for sure
maybe shes been arrested four times.
We’re doing an essay and a presentation about the 1920’s leading into the Great Depression and this is so cool. It’s fascinating knowing the history about a video. You did wonderfully, as always.
Every time she releases another one of these with this character makes me even more convinced that this character is a Vampire: The Masqurade character, and that she's the viewer's sire.
i love this outfit, why dont we bring this style back? it is the 20s technically
I mean, fashion is all made up. Wear whatever you want to! :)
"Orange liquor"
*Glances at the bottle and gasps* Evening Amber?!?!?!
I got a loud ad in the middle of the video while I was like half asleep and I swear my soul left my body for a second
“That’s my girl”
*sweats nervously*
Its been a very rough couple of months. The virus, lost my job... and my little sister. Every day before bed I make a pot of tea and listen to your videos. You have helped me more then you will ever know. Thank you.
Sending hugs!
Hi 👋🏼 I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you are doing well 🙏🏼 💐
me: i should probably go to sleep now *opens youtube*
youtube: *recommends this vid*
me: ah yes ✨perfection✨
I’ve always liked her mixing ingredients roleplays because of the sounds. but making cocktails.....welp it’s officiall she’s a god of tingles and surprises
Me: "Well I'd take a mint julep"
Erin: "Ah, a mint julep!"
Me. "ye- wait what"
1:27 to make your way into the speakeasy
I need an episode of just her doing my makeup for a party. I know that was a part of the first 1920's video but I mean like I need this girl to either do my makeup or give me a 1920's spa day.
1. I wonder who drank all of those drinks after she finished filming?
2. Would bar tenders today even know how to make these?
I’ve had or seen these drinks in real life. It just depends on the bar.
The mint julep at least is still a well-known drink. The sidecar, on the other hand, I’ve had to explain to numerous bartenders how to make.
@@calicodavis1511 And the Mimosa is simple ofc.
I’m begging you to keep doing these the serotonin they bring me is ✨incomparable✨
After realizing how bi I am, I'm just slowly dying whenever she calls me "my girl"
I’m currently stuck in bed with covid and seeing this video pop up in my notifications made me smile so wide. I love your role plays so much 💙
Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Feel better soon!
What a coincidence! I was *just* thinking about your last 1920s roleplay!
The music is just so perfect. It's so classy, relaxing and calming. I wish there were places to visit like this where you would have this playing and sit down and have some coffe
My god the mid-roll ads... Scared me so much I jumped straight up, standing on my bed.
i’m getting horror ads in the middle of this calming and beautiful video 😭 i wanna cry lol. also she must have been so drunk after this!!
This but like murder mystery/detective theme I’m obsessed with these 1920’s Asmr.

i love the way these ‘20s videos are so well done they make me nostalgic for a time i wasn’t even alive for ♥️
12/10 play june’s journey too y’all, it’s addicting
I used your Sidecar recipe to make a drink for my mom, they're her absolute favorite cocktail. She's had so many bad ones when we've gone out and she's VERY particular; I made this for her and she looked at me with big eyes and said, "Now this is a Sidecar; this is PERFECT"
Steps back to the 1920's and looks amazing..... Dials in the character very well. I always enjoy these special videos and how well done they are.
