    GOOD! The landlord SHOULD be able to enter into THEIR properties. They're the OWNERS. Humans that don't pay rent for 3mths and longer, they're trespassing and they no longer have right to be there. Landlords should not only "go into " the property but they should also have hired hands with them to moved those deadbeats out.....

      😅😅😅😅😅 yes but at the same time, we have to be considerate in everything that we do, there is always a way to settle and resolve issues without evicting anyone

    In the same event ? What has the law gotten to say , when a land Lord denies you access to the house for delayed paid up of rent fee?

    • @simplylegalbyterrykahuma
      @simplylegalbyterrykahuma  10 месяцев назад +1

      The land lord is supposed to give you formal notice that your rent is due and you supposed to pay up your rent on time! Therefore, if they have denied you access to you’re premises, it is illegal and you can sue them if they have explored other avenues of alternative dispute resolution
