the way i got phase 2 is usually when there is 3 or more qso in the server and they are fighting raiders and if someone says we are doing phase 2 shutdown it just happens
i nearly got a completely succesfull P2 shutdown cause someone thought we were gonna pull on GO! its my fault i didnt tell them that and i counted lol edit: I HAD ANOTHER NEARLY SUCCESFULL ONE but someone didnt listen to us and pulled without being part of the P2 squad,
