These chimes were VERY quiet even though I was less than maybe 50 feet away. Also, this was the 2pm chimes.
Probably Because it could be in a Neighborhood. Usually Churches in Neighborhoods turn down the Volume
@@jaybird2000 It appears that the steeple is being renovated, so they might have turned down the chimes to prevent workers from getting hearing damage.
