  • A quick recipe for a delicious pork fillet that my family loves so much. This recipe for pork is so easy to prepare that you don't have to stand at the stove for a long time. Everything is very simple. This meat can be stored in the refrigerator, and together with a side dish of bell pepper it can be a very tasty snack or a full-fledged meal. Cook with love!
    Ingredients and preparation:
    2 pork fillets
    Salt
    Black pepper
    1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 red onions
    3 red peppers
    Hot pepper (to taste)
    1-1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    ½ tsp sugar
    Basil leaves
    15 g ghee (or butter)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    thyme
    About 40 g butter
    2-3 garlic cloves
    baguette
    The pork fillet with garlic-thyme butter sauce turned out very good!

    A great dish to enjoy during our Independence Day as, for me, it reminds me of simpler times when food were prepared in a simple manner yet loved and cherished by those who partake. We grew up eating vegetable which are either boiled with salt or simply sautéed with salt and pepper. Meat would be seldom as the animals raised were preferred to be sold to the market; if ever meat is available, it would be the centerpiece of the table and shared equally.
    Stories are constantly told by older generations to us during our youths when preparing food during the revolution were made in haste and with simple ingredients yet enough to provide the strength needed to push on, only after the battle were meals prepared in grand manner and with exquisite ingredients. When we were young we were fed with foods said to be eaten during the revolution (though thinking back, it is a way to tell us that we have nothing).

    Je cherche une autre de vos recettes de filet mignon que j'avais commencé à regarder il y a qq jours : vous coupiez en 2 le filet entierement sur toute sa longueur avant de l'attendrir ...(pas celle ou le filet n'est pas coupé entièrement en 2 puis farce de champignons, oignons... : celle-là deja faite, delicieuse !)

    Ein Tipp: Weniger Fleisch in die Pfanne legen. Es tritt Saft beim Braten aus. Die erste Seite hat Röststoffe. Die zweite Seite wird nicht weiter gebraten, wenn man die Pfanne zu voll legt! Es bräunt nicht, sondern schmort in dem ausgetretenen Fleischsaft und wird nicht zart.
