I like this new concept for the show. Because in a way, it shows the difficulties of a girl group and gets the public's eye on it. Like they have to weigh under 50kg, wake up at 7 AM and dance practice at 2 AM? Insane.
And so does normal Korean students. Although I was blessed not to be raised in Korea, I had heard from many Koreans that it is 24hours of constant pressure and hardwork. I guess this is Life anyways. No matter what you do, in order to succeed you must go through series of hardship
I think its easy for me to maintain that weight because im dancer and my weight always 40~41 only 😂 but a lot of people tell me that im very thin and look unhealthy 😅

This is unbelievable that chaeyeong and jinkyoung and somi weight about 50kg, I am skinny like a stick and short and I weight 49kg, this is just impossible because they are really tall and have a curves and fit muscles...
I personally believe most idols lower their weight when they say it in public. They really do not weigh that much.

Am I the only one who almost never dry her hair after washing? Like,I only put a towel after shower,get dressed and take off the towel and then let it dry naturally. I only use hair dryer in special occasions... I always shower at night so I don't go out and then I won't get sick, Even tho my house is really cold in winter and we don't have calefaction but stoves...
