Look into clerking for a magistrate judge! I was iffy about it too at first but I’m externing for one this summer and they handle a lot of the habeas and civil rights cases
Why don't you clerk for public Defender's Office or DA Office?? Those two places look very good on your resume despite what law you aspire to practice. But you still have some time to plan before your graduation date.
I’ve considered the PD’s office! or a fellowship.. although I kind of backed myself out of that one 🤣 but I will definitely have to sit down & plan in a few more months!
