@@boywhocriedwolf3654 cause assassin are back in jungle now, cecil can get bursted down by fanny, gus ,ling, paquito and etc. without him stacking properly. As well as Xavier, He can get bursted down by ling and other mobile heroes and he got nerfed. But still Xavier was a good pick here since their xp laner is not a flash fighter Xavier can save his ass using the mystic field.

I'm not a Xavier main but I think its Mystic Field. I don't know the First Skill but I think the ultimate is Dawning Light.
