Hi there from Minnesota
Hello from Texas
Should I see the number go down or just the alarm I just got this
Is there an attachment for larger tumblers?
Hi there! The tumbler attachment for this press will accommodate 12-30oz tumblers. Currently, there is no attachment for this machine for larger tumblers.
Is this mug press considered an upgrade from the Signature Series?
Hi there! Our CraftPro mug and tumbler press uses the same quality attachments as our Signature Series press. The main difference would be that the CraftPro does not accommodate additional attachments, whereas the Signature Series can (shot glasses, latte mugs, waterbottles, etc). Hope this helps!
Hello from Menifee ca
I am having a issue with setting the temp and time how do I do that????
Is this just for a 2oz

Sometimes my timer doesn’t work? What should I do?
Hi Kathy! Sounds like the magnet may have shifted. You can contact our tech support team and they can send you a video on how to fix that :)
I ordered mine today can’t wait to get it, ty for this press it will come handy for my business ❤
I'm considering getting this to design my own mugs to use at my pizza restaurant, and after watching this, I could also sell them. I love all the different sizes and shapes. Watching from WI.
Can I put it near an open window
Yes, that should be fine.
Waiting for mine. Arrives today. Ordered saturday and was shipped out monday so excired!
How is it so far
What size is your template inches please?
Hi Paulette! The transfer size would depend on the tumbler as not all of them are the same size. We recommend checking the dimensions with your manufacturer.
My number not moving

Hi! So freustrated. Every time I press mine, the black comes out as brown, colors faded. Im using the correct settings; so do you think it could be the pressure? Please help!
Hi Beria,
Sorry to hear that. Usually when blacks are turning brown, that means the ink is burning. Our settings are a suggestion and may need to be adjusted for different situations. I would recommend lowering your temperature and/or time to adjust for this. If you purchased your tumbler press from us, feel free to send pics of your failed transfers to support@heatpressnation.com. One of our Tech Support team members can take a look and make a more specific/detailed suggestion for how to get better results.
Hi from Massachusetts
For the 20oz tumbler what are the dimensions of paper after cut?
Hi Joe! It would depend on the types of tumblers you are working with. We have found that every manufacturer produces them at different dimensions, so we recommend going off their recommended sizes.
Can you press mugs in the tumbler attachment
Hi Anthony! No, the diameter of the mugs would be too wide for the skinny tumbler attachment.
Hi from upstate New York
Just got mine in today. I used it for the first time and it works awesome!I have a bit of ghosting on the top of the tumbler so I think my pressure is off. The only issue I have with the press is that is stinks like a bit on the fishy side. I had another press a cheap one and it was the same thing but way worse. What causes that smell? Any way I can make it go away or will it linger on?
It is normal for mug presses/sublimation to have a smell, often described as a fish smell like you mentioned. Typically after using the press a few times it will go away, but we recommend always pressing in a well ventilated area :)
Can this heat press sublimate 16oz. sublimation glass cans?
Hi there! Yes, it can.
I just ordered the 7 in 1 HPN press I almost wonder if I should have waited because I think would have satisfied what I needed. Yikes
It depends - If you want to do just straight mugs and tumblers, the CraftPro would be fine. But if you wanted to expand into waterbottles, latte mugs, flasks, shot glasses and other specialty drinkware, then the 7 in 1 is best :)
I need this😢
Hola from Hudson valley ny
Hi from Georgia
Just got mine. I have ruined 6 of the 12 mugs that came with my bundle.😢 help!
Sorry to hear that! Usually it will take a few mugs to get the hang of it. But we're happy to help get you pressing like a pro. Please email photos of your failed mugs to support@heatpressnation.com. Be sure to include your time & temperature settings and any other info you think might be helpful.
hi from woodstock, ny
How long is the sale
I know I'm late to asking, but do we have to rotate if its not a full design?
If it is not a full design, then no, no need to rotate :)
I really could use a new mug press
The CraftPro Mug & Tumbler Press is a great choice! heat.press/craftproMTP

I would like one 😀
Signed up for the giveaway but never received an email

Ana from Pecos Texas
What different from this and the hpn signature series.
Hi there! The Signature Series has a 4 point pressure adjustment system while the CraftPro only has 2. This means that the CraftPro would not be able to accommodate other attachments, specifically tapered, like the Signature Series does.
California
Darn it! I missed the live
Can I do 2 coffee mugs in the tumbler press attachment?
Hi there! No, the diameter of the mugs is wider than the diameter of skinny tumblers, therefore, they would not fit into this attachment.
@@HeatPressNation will you guys PLEASE make a mug attachment big enough to fit two mugs for the craft pro. Can I pay to have this special made ? 😩
this is pretty cool.
