Works like charm! A few days ago, usually i go anywhere in cab, but that day after getting out from cab i had to walk a bit, like 200m. I do have to admit, I see a BIG difference. I have started the uni back in September and I was never able to make friends. Dependant on my state of mind on the day different methods have worked but I did find visualisations before bed has worked best for me. Nothing deep, just playing out a scenario in my head as if I was recalling events of the day.
