Firstly, no hospitals, churches, synagogues, temples, restaurants, should be hiring illegal people. No businesses should be hiring illegal people. When you hire somebody, the forms they have to fill, make it very clear to the person doing the hiring that the paperwork of the applicant has to be in excellent legal condition, under penalty of the law. Everything has to be according to the law and I have hired hundreds of people. So, what she's talking about is telling the President, that we should overlook that and basically break the law. This service was held at the National Cathedral and it is tradition to have all services here. This is where they hold the Presidents Funerals and this is where they go for inauguration and all holiday services. I’d like to know exactly when she became bishop of this church.

I'm in my early 50's. When I was young my first job next to baby sitter was doing dishes in a nice restaurant. I did this job while going to high school. I started it when I was 15. I'm not an immigrant, and I'm a white female. Currently my nephew is also a dish washer at a fancy restaurant, and also attends high school and has been doing so for 2 years now. He is not an immigrant, and he is white. We did these menial jobs when I was young, and we do these menial jobs now... but only if we are hired to do so. People assume only immigrants do these jobs. It's not true. This is where our teenagers jobs are going. Also, these jobs can be filled by Americans who can't make ends meet with only one job. Additionally, I know retirees who also would like the opportunity to have a menial job. They have to go back to work for extra money, as they are having a difficult time making ends meet. I had already turned off the service before the “bishop” began. I turned it off because it was off from the get go. The music was horrible and the prayers kind of missing the mark as well. If Vance is President next I hope they hold the prayer service somewhere else.

Generally speaking, Americans are not inclined toward humility and subservience -- which are the personality traits best suited for high level waitstaff. An exceptional memory, a winning smile, quick wittedness, fast reflexes, and superb balance help tremendously. It's hard to find all that here in the USA.
