omg nil literally thank you. i've been struggling with hyperhidrosis for as long as i can remember. but i didn't know that it was a thing and i just thought i was the smelly sweaty girl. that was until i watched one of your older videos and you mentioned how you struggle with it as well. ngel that really made me feel like i wasn't alone and i wasn't gross or unhygienic. thanks for being so open and showing that this stuff shouldn't be taboo bc it's literally a medical condition and that having it isn't shameful or embarrassing.

I never knew anyone else that had it before u said in one of ur videos u had hyperhidrosis. it made me feel so insecure around people I would avoid at all cost to hold hands or I always catched myself explaining why my hands were always sweaty. same with clothes I would never wear grey or shirts that were tight around my armpits cause I knew they would stain w sweat. so thanks for this, it means a lot

Nil, I can't tell you how thankful I am for this bc this has been my biggest insecurity for so long. I actually can't take it anymore, I put extra tees in my bag. When I'm out w friends, I am always concerned about how much I am sweating and I feel like not having fun anymore. I was facetiming w a friend earlier and I hang up just bc how concerned I was abt my sweating. It affects my life and mood so much but sadly I can't afford it, but I will go to a dermatologist, maybe they can advise me some medicine

How much did it cost to get Botox I’m 14 and remember one day like a month after I started 6 th grade my armpits started sweating like crazy and I was so confused,I got made fun of talked about and more and I was like what is happening I’ve never had this before now all a sudden I have sweating problems after that I just always tried to hide my armpit sweat with long sleeves.but after some time it got better yes I still sweat a lot but it’s not as bad as before where my clothes get drenched in sweat. And I’m thinking about asking my doctor if I can get it since my mom work there anyways. But what I don’t understand is like I could wake up and be complete fine like I was doing track and the whole time I was doing track I never sweated which was so surprising not even a slight of sweat came from my head my armpits or anything which is crazy cause it was very hot.But like there are days where I just sweat especially in the winter like my armpits just be dripping cold sweat that’s why I decided not to go back to in person school.

Oh, dear.. I can understand you :( I can understand you veeeeerrryyyy well. I was at your situation, when i was 16 and needed to get accepted by a good university. I needed to study harder and harder and harder. But i barely had motivation, i was crying, i was stressing. My hair started to decrease just like my health. I checked any way to overcome this shit. But i wasn’t able to do so :( It ended with a low score from exam which was a big, big, biggggg risk and unfortunate. BUUUUTTTTTTT things started to get better. You can imagine how, but.. You know when they say ‘everything has a reason’ andd ‘universe has a plan for you’. It was literally this. Sometimes, things that seem wrong, might not be so much wrong. Sometimes, the roads that seem wrong, might led you to right places. Believe that. All the time, there’s a reason or a plan for you. For reducing your anxiety, just think that. Think that it is not the end of the life. And most importantly, please give yourself a break. One day, two days or even one week. No study, no book, even no phone. Just meditate, focusing on yourself and healing. And start to drink a lot of water, even though it might sound stupid :) Water is a helpful thing for anxiety. I hope i can help you. Love you, be safe.❤️
