Also out of my probably 20 plains games since the update, I've only seen the commander mutant once. Very annoying since the gun you get from the bunker does not auto restock ammo in the backpack like other boss guns do. Also the commander mutant is the mutant that gives you the code once you kill him, he is basically a regular mutant in military clothing that randomly spawns in the middle of the road.
