Happy Halloween! Question to the House of Spice (you guys): I've seen more and more comments of requesting me to do livestream hangouts. Is this something that you guys want? I mean I do just chatting streams on Twitch but it seems the ones asking are mainly RUclips viewers. If you want me to stream once or twice a week to chill and hangout with you guys then please comment this video and join my Discord. I live in Hawaii, so my time zone is very odd and tricky to plan around for, especially if you're from Asia or Europe. Secondly, I'll need channel moderators. I will not consider streaming on RUclips unless I get some help to keep spammers out. BTW, hope you guys enjoyed this reaction. UM is one of my top new discovered bands and a growing favorite!
4 of them, Violinst, one of guitarplayer, bassplayer and drummer has a side project called Quadratum. The plays instrumenal covers from : EVH's Eruption ( on violin!! ) Dream Thatre, Steve Vai, Yngve Malmsten, Racer X. Check that project out! You can find them on the Unlucky Morpheus official RUclips site.
Love it or hate it, K-pop producers have the formula for making catchy hits that linger in your head. Love it or hate it, Japanese rock/metal bands know how to make some of the most brutal and beautiful music out right now.
I know this has not gone love yet, but you should check out the live version of this song as well so you can see what they are like live. Also it is a bit different.
Some Japanese bands, old and new. Take your pick: BAND-MAID [All their songs... really!], LOVEBITES [Break the Wall, Raise some Hell, and all the other songs], MAXIMUM THE HORMONE [Yoshu Fukushu], DEXCORE [Earthworm], CROSSFAITH [Catastrophe], SiM [Killing Me], NINGEN ISU [Heartless Scat], UNLUCKY MORPHEUS [Unending Sorceress], YOUSEI TEIKOKU [Astral Dogma], COLDRAIN [Die Tomorrow], CRYSTAL LAKE [The Circle], GIVEN BY THE FLAMES [Ronove], ANGRY FROG REBIRTH [2Step Syndrome], SILENTLY SHOOTING TRAITORS [Manipulate], ALDIOUS [Dominator], TRiDENT [Ambivalent], BRIDEAR [Light in the Dark], CINQ ELEMENT [Destiny], MARY'S BLOOD [Marionette], GRAUPEL [Bereavement], DOLL$BOXX [Take my Chance], SOKONINARU [Tenohira De Odoru], HELLO SLEEPWALKERS [Flying Saucer], TELECiDE [Tied up Memories], NEKO [Ghost on a Record], ROTTENGRAFFTY [Hallelujah], JILUKA [Mephisto], BROKEN BY THE SCREAM [Emotion Cross-Counter], LYNCH [Devil], GACHARIC SPIN [Mindset], DIR EN GREY [Ningen wo Kaburu], X JAPAN [Kurenai], DAZZLE VISION [Second], JUPITER [My Enemy], NOKUTO [Life of Desire], GALNERYUS [Angel of Salvation], SAISEIGA [Ride On], BLOOD STAIN CHILD [Del-Sol], NEMOPHILA [Hypnosis], DADAROMA [Lucid Dream], JILUKA [Lluvia], HANABIE [We Love Sweets], A CROWD OF REBELLION [Re:Create of the Re:d], TRiDENT [Spoopy], POLKADOT STINGRAY [any song], MUTANT MONSTERS [Abnormal], BLACKLAB [Insanity], ASTERISM [Church], NOISEMAKER [Hunter or Prey], BiSH [The Night When Stars Twinkle], SCANDAL [A.M.D.K.J.], DEEP GIRL [I kill], Mrs. GREEN APPLE [Inferno], BRATS [Doudatte Yokatta], THE ORAL CIGARETTES [Frenzy Hey Kids!!], GIRUGAMESH [Drain], LiLiHoLi [From Darkness to Light], and many many more...
I've tried to do Coldrain and One OK Rock, but all of my efforts to get them uploaded to RUclips end up in RUclips blocking the upload globally. So while I love those bands, I try not to react to them anymore.
In my opinion Korean music is redundant, much like rap in the USA. Music in Japan goes in all directions and is not afraid to innovate. There is something for everyone, and there are many.
To each their own, I can respect that. There is a lot about your opinion about Korean music that I agree with you to a certain point. However, it is "content" I am willing to do, because I do love Korean hip-hop/rap/r&b more than I do with their pop genres. But hard rock / metal is my favorite genre and always will be.
Happy Halloween!
