Deep Deep respect. My father grew up in Lahore. It was a privilege and pleasure listening to you. Love from India.
My grandfather when he came from India in 1948 he left a lot of property in Bombay. We got little land in Badin but that was fractional what we left in India. But no complaints whatsoever. Thankful that I am a Pakistani. 🙂 we as Pakistani a should model Syed Babar Ali, as an ethical man.

Learned a lot from this interview about the industrial development and important people who played impressive role in the history of Pakistan, well done Syed Babar Ali , appreciable in the development of Pakistan
Majority falls in the category in question. Let's try to be honest..
I honestly didn't want this interview to end!! Lots of love and hugs and kisses for Babar Ali Saahib
Amina Ijaz agreed!!!
Such a sweet, lovely, down to earth person. He really deserved all the recognition and awards. I didn't know him until i saw this interview.

I found him a TOP NOTCH PATRIOTIC of this land. He's a great GEM ever produced in this country. Blessings & prayers for you MAN 🙌🏻
I am humbled to see your program... Such a unified feeling I got. Yes our old generations never felt that Hindu Sikh or Muslims were separate. Sir has admitted that 'ghun lag gaya' when taken hold of evacuated properties of Hindus in Pakistan....
Lots of love and respect from India. Zarda we also make 'mithe chaul'...
🙏
Wow ! An inspiring and amazing interview !

This man is a constant inspiration. It was such a pleasure to listen to this delightful conversation.
What a beautiful soul of this man, Loved his stories .. He kept correcting Jugnu Aunty as she seems to like to exaggerate. Loved Babur Ali down to earth attitude and humility.
Syed Babar Ali is a legend. Pakistan is lucky to have him. As a LUMS graduate, I'm extremely proud of his achievements
Great. I worked in Packages Lahore from 1968 to 1974. I met him few times. He sent me to Karachi University to attend a course on Export Procedures and Documentation. He still looks vibrant with sharp memories. Syed Maratab Ali family was able to perform to their best because they did not join politics. Syed Babar Ali is son of the soil. Hats off to such a great person. I along with fell countrymen wish him health, prosperity and peace of mind. Also, thank you Jugnu Saheba for such a great presentation.
Yes, one of the finest interview I, ever had.Jugnu was superb, calm and to the point. However this 94 years ''gaint'' did wonders with his anecdotes/history and memory. If, we such 10 persons like Babar Ali to guide Pakistan then we should not worry about the future of Pakistan. May, Allah[swt] bless him strength , health and longevity. [Aameen]
He's so patriotic. Such a wonderful interview. Im so proud of the fact that there are people who think for the betterment of this country and it's people. Hats off to him! This interview brought tears to my eyes :')
These are lives to be lived and imbibed, generous, talented individual, inspiring, love from india
Humility is a rare virtue to have, Syed Baber Ali has it in abundance. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful personality with us👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Mam jugnu, i have never seen such a beautiful interview ever before. Great person, Sir Babar ali shah. I was always crazy foe that mind blowing person and today you provided that opportunity to see my ideal, Sir Babar ali shah
I’m an undergraduate student in the US and Syed Babar Ali is my motivation to one day move back home. A true patriot! May Allah give him a longer life...
Such a giant of a man ! Moved me to tears. 🙏🏻 Pairi pauna ! ( I'm an Indian , forefathers from NWFP )

I just can't thank you enough for this ma'am. God bless you for such an inspirational interview.
Sir, its great to see you on digital media. I graduated from uog. With your white hairs you were always stunning and proactive person :)
Any award in pakistan is too small for him ❤
I just can't explain respect in words for this legend.
His description of making Zarda at the end; defines how amazing a person he is. He was also chairman of Siemens when i joined that company, always a fan of his management and philanthropy.
Two inside out beautiful people. Highly educated, sophisticated and very well mannered. I really liked they spoke in Urdu all the time. Did not try to show off that they can speak English.
It shows their Love to the language. They used words like cheni, naranj. etc.
Definitely not like bad morning show hosts.
I dont know if it is going to be relevant or not. But I wanna share this.
I live in London and I used to look after an elderly Indian Sikh uncle . He was living in a big beautiful house in London . I used to speak English with him. One day he asked me where I am from. I said originally I am from Pakistan. He then looked at me . I saw a spark in his eyes. He was in his mid 80s in 2013. The way he looked at me was he found his lost friend or loved one. Then he started speaking urdu.
Kehne lage k Main Lahore main paida hoa tha. Tum kahan se ho. Maine unko bataya apne sher ka naam. Phir wo muj se bohat c batain karna cha re the. Lahore ka taqseem se pehle ke bare main batate. Apna college school ka. Phir batwara. aur hindustan jana. aur phir kaise woh London aa gay.
Wo bohat se urdu shair or farsi k shair sunate.
Maine unko kabhi apni wife aur bachon k sath esay bat karte nai dekha tha. Mughe lagne laga k wo muj se bohat relate karne lag gay hain. Roz raat ko urdu ki koi kitab ya farsi ki koi kitab parh kar sote the. Unki sari kitabain bohat purani the. Un pe khaki ghulaf charha rakhe the.
Kehte the k Pakistan aur Lahore mughe bohat piyara tha. Bohat bar ro bhi parte the.
Main sochne per majbor ho gayi k yeh taqseem sirf do muloon ki nai hoi thi.
Yeh har cheese ki taqseem thi, Zuban aur mazhab k tarazo main insaaniyat ki koi jaga hi nai thi.
Hum us ka andaza bhi nai laga sakte k us dor k logon ne chahe woh hundustan k hon ya pakistan k, kiy akuch nai khoya. Un ke bare main batain karna aaj bohat asan hai. Per wo us dor se guzar k aay hoy log hain. Ander tak dukhi. Jis ghar main paida hoay, wo chorna para. Apna sher, mulk sab kuch chorna para.
Main ab nai janti k vo uncle ab kaise hain. kio k professional boundries ki waja se main unko contact nai kar sakti. Per vo mughe aaj bhi yaad aate hain. K pehli bar jab unho ne mughe apni urdu ki kitab dikhai, mughe laga k shayd wo wapis us dor main chale gay hain. Aur phir us k bad maine kabhi un se English main baat nai ki. Aur wo hamesha mughe bohat izzat se salam kiya karte the.
Such a lovely interview 😊 .we need more people like him in Pakistan
I had the opportunity to work in Milk Pak Ltd. during 1981and then left after some time to join higher studies. I worked with Dr. Raza Ali Gill who was among the pioneer of the company. I enjoyed working with the company.

A beautiful man. May Almighty Allah grant him a long, healthy and more successful life..Amen. Jugnu sahiba thank you very much for conducting this interview in such a beautiful manner. This way, your contribution is commendable.
The way she waited for few seconds to let all the flavors melt into her mouth ...... simply beautiful, instead of blurting praises before even the palate sends the signal to the brain like most people do.
A treat to watch this fine interview 💕💕💕
Why did it take such a long time for anyone to take an interview of syed babar ali sahab. He is now 94 years old and now we are seeing a proper interview of him. We need more interviews of people like him.

I met Syed Babar Ali Shah about 20 years ago where I invited him as a Chief Guest for Pakistani American Chemists’ dinner in Washington DC. He enlightened us with his wisdom. I have visited him few times at LUMS. We also cherished his company when he visited our home in Chicago. He is a man of God and a Gem. May Allah and Prophet grant him long life.

My father is 87 and from Bhatti gate. He also has lots of short stories about life in pre-partition days. He also confirmed the lack of bananas in post partition lahore that SBA mentioned.

Today I watched a vlog of a Pakistani who had Mr. Arvind (Sarhad kai Os Paar). Sorry to say that Pakistani made fool of himself. Mr. Arvind mentioned about your interviews with your great uncle (Pride of Pakistan) Janab Syed Babar Ali. I watched two parts and was very impressed. May God give your uncle a long, health, wealthy, and productive life because he will continue to do great things for Pakistan. Thank you for conducting these interviews and sharing them with every one.

Thank you very much jugnu for giving us the opportunity to listen Sir Babar.
He seems a wonderful man with so much love for this country . Everything was prefect and appreciatable, except that particular comment about migrants . It should not have been a general statement that "the ones who came were like theives , thugs or some kind of bad people" . My maternal grandmothers migrated with three daughters and left her own house in Faridkot India. But she did not get an inch to live here for herself and her daughters .it took her 40 years to build a house here . I am hurt ; after listening that general comment particularly about migrants. They suffered the most and lost their children and property too (whatever they had) . If few did something bad after coming here please mention who were they.
I am an Indian and I have a question to you. Both the countries got freedom at the same time. Why has India progressed considerably but Pakistan is lagging very much . Few examples. For routine open heart surgery Pak former PM Nawaz Sharif had to go to UK whereas the same is done in India in any standard hospital. Lot of Pakistani patients come to India for medical treatment particularly for liver transplant, kidney transplant and heart surgery. 95% passengers of Samjhauta express are patients from Pakistan. 12 Indians are CEOs of top MNCs of the world but none from Pakistan. India is reaching moon and Pakistanis are fighting to find out who is muslim and who isn't. So if you introspect you will find Babbar Ali Sahab wasn't economical with truth.
Your statement is based on facts and bad experiences. I believe millions of migrants to Pakistan did not get any thing they deserved in return against their sacrifices and loyalty because the powerful local crooks and feudal lords who did not do any sacrifice for the sake of making Pakistan grabbed every possible piece of land/property and businesses of the evacuees which was the right of migrants who lost every they had in their country of origin. Those who grabbed every thing of others in Pakistan without working hard are now elitists who not only monopolize and occupy over the resources of Pakistan but also control the institutions of Pakistan. And because of their control over Pakistan not only they oppressed and deprived the rights of the migrants and the weak in Pakistan but also gave away half of Pakistan because the deprived ones were in majority... Now they are demanding the highest award of Pakistan.. wow.. speaknothingbutruth@gmail.com

What an amazing interview and what an amzing personality. What a shame I lived in lahore for 25 years and never knew about the history of the city, we were never taught during our school life about all these fascinating facts about our City or region we belong too. I must say Mrs Jugno mohsin sahiba you are doing an incredible job by showing the world that picture of our heritage, history which the world has long forgotten.
I have read the Biography of Syed Babar Ali. He is a true patriot could have shifted his assets out of Pakistan like others but stayed here and invested in Pakistan 🇵🇰

Mashallah Tabarakallah we love this marvalous interview. Good wishes and all the best!
May Allah reward him for his services for the people of Pakistan. And special thanks to Jugnu for such a great program.
jugnu is having a superiority complex that she belong from rich family and donot like those people who get rich newly
Very true, but see the majority of one kind of promoting comments by one kind of liberal elitists of Pakistan who spared no chance in occupying, monopolizing and looting Pakistan from the day one since 1947. Those who became the cause and give away of half of Pakistan. And the amazing thing is, such occupiers of resources of Pakistan claim that they are rich and high birth and it is others who destroyed Pakistan. I see nothing but self praise, promotion and demand to give them Pakistan's top award. Wow.. speaknothingbutruth@gmail.com
What a great interview!he shook my body and soul..
