Or maybe it's Lee who paid her for this since she seems to have money from somewhere to pay Bob and she also secretly works for Lee. Unless, since the enveloppe didn't look very stuffed, she paid Bob herself with forty dollars or something... Maybe a hundred dollar but the enveloppe really looks empty.
