As some fellow folks here have mentioned, the clean, simple looks is the main key point. Also, the C210 and the SGX is just beyond awesome. 3. Dragstrip Demons. TBH, the cars aren't really my style but my, that full decos and shiny shiny paints are just gorgeous. I just can feel the effort that the team had put and I respect their hard work. Overall, 2018 sets are interesting and I am looking forward for 2019 releases!
This is a great video for me, I just started with collecting. And I have like 3 sets. But I’m now full time and I plan to get all the car cultures, beats buying cigarettes and weed.
I didn't realize Car Culture has been around for so long. I began collecting again the same time Cars and Donuts came out after about a 7 year hiatus. So many beautiful releases there; too bad I'll probably never get my hands on any of those unless I get lucky at a yard sale. At least I'm getting about every other release now in store.
I generally agree with your rankings. I might put a few sets in different spots, like the RLC exclusive set at #2. In general the sets keep improving. I haven't seen Dragstrip Demons in person yet, but it looks great in pictures. I hope this series goes on foir a loooong time!

Agree with your top three but feel that circuit legends and eurospeed are probably the best assorted, and contain some of the coolest art aside from drag strip demons and jh2

I CALLED IT! I KNEW JH2 WOULD AT LEAST BE TOP 3 Having said that, my top 3 sets in order were JH2, Dragstrip Demons and the RLC set, but my top 3 models were the 510 from JH2, the Cyclone from Dragstrip (honestly a toss-up between that and the Super Nova) and the C10 Skyline from JH1.
There are so many cool Cars!! My favorites are the Nissan Skyline Police car; BMW M3 "Polizei"; McLaren P1; Subaru Imprezea WRX STI and the Honda CR-X!!

I dont agree with all but the top three are pretty much on the money , the black M1 with black wheels is stunning also porsche 356. Forza bmw 2002 also missing with real riders. Great series bring on 2019

Well my number one is your number 8 I love them I actually was at a Walmart and unboxed them call me a fanatic but I have five complete sets haha but I am a little biased I owned a yellow 69 Corvette and that pushed me over the edge as far as making them my favorite
BREAKING NEWS (Pun intended): Peako enters the 1:64 arena with a glimpse of its 1:64 Apollo IE!!! Peako is obviously way better than Hotwheels and will be a major competitor to Ignition Models. Can't wait to get my hands on one!!! Can't wait to see their quality!

The team transport mixes are just incredible. I can't choose between the two. The best mix for me is circuit legends. It's not even close. Second is drag strip demons. Third is Japan historics 2. The worst mix is the Trucks. That yellow Silverado is just blah
I'm not a gasser person by any stretch of the imagination, I understand it was a popular phase for drag racing, and I know why they did it (more weight over the rear, better launches), but with the 2019 gasser wagon coming out, I kinda think they missed an opportunity to debut it in the Drag Strip Demons set.
seeing some of those early car culture series' kinda makes me want to get rid of them. such a lack of detail/decos. i hope they dont go back to not detailing the cars. front/rear decos, etc not a huge fan of japan historics 1. they killed it with 2 though. japan historics 2 is in my top 3 for sure. my top 3, not in any specific order; japan historics 2, drag strip demons and euro speed...

The car culture set is the best series now and I have them all expelled for the Dragstrip demon's set I'm still on the hunt for them.
