👍🏼can’t count on phone to magnify or for anything really. I just stuck a tiny magnifying glass in my pouch after we talked about our eye sight. 😆
I don’t carry my Swiss army but I use at home, out of town & camping. I do not care anything about spyderco. 😁

I returned the one in the video and got a good one. Changed my opinion quick.
I don’t see the point of carrying a honking big Swiss Army knife to use a small magnifying glass. I use my phone or if I needed a glass frequently, I’d just carry an actual magnifying glass🤷🏻♂️. Also, if you wear a hat, just clip your Olight to the bill for hands free use; the small headlamp seems weak.
Yeah, i can definitely use the phone to magnify for sure. But we are not allowed to take pictures inside the facility and I don't want anybody to think or accuse me of taking pictures of documents when I am only using the camera to magnify the document. Besides the Swiss champ has a lot of tools I might need. It has scissors, metal file, mini pliers, etc. I do have a dedicated magnifying glass but takes up too much pocket space and has a lot of scratch marks on the lens from rubbing against the cloth in the pocket and bags I kept it in. A kydex case for magnifying glass wouldnt work because the hard kydex would scratch the lens too. LOL. Trust me, the Swiss Champ is very handy. When I dont carry it, I miss it when occasionally I need to tweek something or make something. The weak head lamp was something I had before I got the Olight. I keep a real cheap baseball cap light on my hat full time. It works good for looking into backpacks, purses, etc when I check people. The olight is of course stronger and in a heavy duty situation, I would put that on my hat if I need to go hands free, but it is heavier and feels a little awkward on my hat because of the weight.
