I'm going to bump off my nerves. I'm DONE with anxiety holding me back. I believe in me. I'll keep moving forward! ☺️
I have already promised myself to work hard and smart in this new year. It's 2nd of Jan 2023. I woke up at 6.00am yesterday and today. And I'm trying to wake up at 5.30 tomorrow. I know if I try to wake up at 4.00 o'clock in the first day, I'm just lying to myself. I want to improve myself little by little. I know there is no perfect time to start over but I kinda feel motivated to start work hard to chase my dreams in a new year, in a new page of my life. :)
I have always been overweight since I was 11 and now I'm 15. I'm gonna exercise everyday keep myself healthy and be the best version of myself. Since I'm still going to school I have no time to workout because of tons of assignments and homeworks. So I'm trying to workout early in the morning before going to school.
If you don't have any motivation to start whatever you want to accomplish, maybe good grades or healthy diet or anything. Just start working for it. Starting is the hardest thing, when you start it just remember how would you feel after when you accomplish your goal. We can do this guys!! Let's do this!! We can do whatever we want if we really want it.
I will update this comment when I reach my first goal! (Waking up at 4.00am)

Edit: I totally forgot about this comment. :") I reached my first goal not so long ago. Now I usually wake up around 4:00 - 4:15 everyday. 😊❤
These I'm facing my exams so today I woke up at 3:30. This week has been super tiring because of my exams. :(

I regret wasting my whole 2022, I promised myself to change but stayed in my comfort zone, became lethargic and unproductive. The mistake I did completely ruined my 2022 . I was at a path of becoming a better person but got distracted midway which inturn ruined my whole plans and goals for this year, i promised myself to become a better me but couldnt because of distractions and laziness but this timd ive learnt from my mistake i wont let anything distract me and my mind from becoming a better person. This time i promise my old self to not repeat those mistakes which i did back in 2022. I promise to become a better version of myself. I know sometimes it gets hard but poople who stayed focus achieve their goals. This time i wont let the anxiety and stuff to get over me. I will become a better version of myself. 2023 is my year!

I feel so tired and lethargic an dithe year is only beginning. It's my senior year. I have a major exam that determines my whole life and the date to opening the school nears. I dread it so much. There are periods where I never failed before high school but high school has been a series of failure. I am so scared it may reflect in that final paper. I'll come back her December. I hope to have done well by then. Future me hope you'll be okay lots of love:)

So,im going to face the final high school exam(SPM ) on next week until march , my result was depressing on the trial.. So,my mindset was to pass the exam without fail any subject.
