I used to get mad at Marcus's Mom when I first watched this back in high school but now that I'm a full-grown adult, I finally understand his mom. She's just worried about his future and wants to know what Joey's intentions really were, that's why she was so protective of him and his career. She might've come off as snobbish at first but hearing that she approves Joey for Marcus but not right now that Marcus is at the peak of his career says how much she loves his son and that she is also doing everything that she can for him.

I hope Erich and Mario will have a reunion project again. They really have that chemistry on screen. The thing I don’t like here is that they made Baifern a velain at some point. It’s just like I’m not really used to see her in that kind of role. 😅
