I love this man! I could listen to him talk about basketball and life forever. Seeing him speak at a coaching clinic was one of the best experiences of my life.

I love how Hubie, when announcing, will always focus on and highlight positive attributes of players - no matter what their reputation or attitude may be.

Hubie is easily the best analyst in the game...he makes the game more enjoyable because he breaks down strategy and the game so even someone with lackluster knowledge of the game would understand and appreciate it

Hubie one of my favorite people in the NBA was a blue collar type of coach who brought the best out of his players every night no matter if they weren’t considered top players.

Now give Hubie Brown a lot of credit. he really loves basketball but doesn't say too much to throw off casual fans.
Ya like the passion, ya like the knowledge, ya like the enthusiasm, but what ya don't like Mike, are his train of thought.
Just look at the left side of your screen...

I've noticed over the past couple years that Hubie Brown has nothing but positive things to say about Stromile Swift, while Mike Fratello bashes him.

@jknowsbb Brian Cardinal got paid waaaay too much. Totally disrupted the team because his contract was equal to or greater than too many of the Griz key players. If they couldn't have gotten him cheaper, they would have been better off with Outlaw.
