This is a song he wrote in 2018 when he felt lost and depressed his basically saying that he wants to be set free from those feelings and those difficult times all of them had to go through at that stage. He is still in BTS and still signed to a contract they actually renewed their contract for another 7 years.
He literally said this song is about what he felt during covid these songs are new 2020-2022 made

Set me free pt 2 was a masterpiece, the autotune was a great addition to the song, it seems like jimin wanted there to be a contrast of his voice in the song, he used autotune as an artistic tool. Jimin’s album will give us a look into jimin outside of bts. Every members solo work is different. Also jimins tattoo is a German poem and it says “I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world. I May not complete this last one but I will give myself to it. I circle around god, around the primordial tower. I’ve been circling for thousands of years and I still don’t know; am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song?”. Also jimin said in an interview that set me free means setting himself free, he said it was important to set himself free not someone else.
Jimin also dropped a dance practice and behind the scene of this video/song! Like to see yall reaction to it. Also this is only the pre-release track.. Jimin will drop this Friday his first solo album: "FACE" with another music video the main track: "Like Crazy"

the choreographer who did ON Kinetic Manifesto did the choreo for this. Jimin also had a choir in L.A. do some of the background vocals. Absolutely amazing.....
And LA is where they shot the ON Kinetic Prima vid, in the dry part of the LA River - also he quotes the lyrics of that song as well ("gotta go insane to stay sane"). It's so rewarding being ARMY, the easter eggs are everywhere 💜
I genuinely need y'all armys on this app to start explaining stuff to new ppl watching bts, nothing is wrong with them watching their MV'S but it's really best to get to know them before watching their solo content so they understand they're still together as a band
it didn't say `of bts` because this is his solo album. it's not in relation to BTS, it''s his solo career. and no, he's not leaving the label lol no one in BTS is leaving any time soon. their contracts end in 2027.

It actually ends in 2024, not 2027. They had to announce it when HYBE went public.

To give a bit of info , Jimin has endured 10 years of hate, vile comments and death threats and still does to this day. Thats more than anyone should or could endure He couldn't really respond because he's a professional artists. When he said fuck all your OPPS it means his opposition or haters, its not the meaning you know because Jimin isn't a western artists he's Korean so the meanings are different.He fired back in a song and I fully support him. The song has some autotune which isn't added to enhance Jimins vocals he doesn't need that, PDogg who produced this added it to create some different textures for artistic reasons. Some have already complained said it was too much. It was 30 seconds. Imagine being a music producer and people complaining about autotune and embarrassing themselves because they know nothing about producing a song. The song, Jimin and MV are Masterpieces and Grammy worthy

Jimin faced a lot of hardships on his way. He worked hard to get where he is today. The hatred and death threats took a toll on him. He suffered through depression and self doubt and he wants to be free. This is crippling on the mind and if not addressed can cause someone to spiral down a rabbit hole. Some people have a hard time getting out of the rabbit hole.

BTS is working on their solo projects cause each of them are going little by little to their mandatory military service, since its that way in South Korea. So they didnt disband or go solo. Theyve had a lot of solo songs in their BTS albums. Now they have individual albums. They said theyll be back as a group in 2025, once they all resume their service.🌌

It was written in 1899.

So, the auto tune And is stylistically used as conversation: him trying to be free (verses and chorus in his OWN VOICE) and the angry him (in auto tune) - angry at 10 years of dealing with relentless haters and the effect it’s had on his self-esteem/confidence and resulting negative self-talk) - Brilliantly effective!!!

Bts members are joining the military service which is a must for all korean men it takes 2 years so they are taking a group break to release solo albums and projects for themselves and for the fans and then join the military one by one and they are planning to gather all again in 2025, jin already had his album debut and joined the military, jhope too dropped his album and he about to join the military maybe in the next two months, maybe namjoon or suga will go next . This is how it’s going so don’t worry no one of the members is leaving the group + they renewed their contract so every thing is okay
