ATACMS are just rockets----they are not stealthy, they are not hypersonic (about Mach 3). Any modern AD system can shoot them down. Of course not all of them; especially if fired en masse maybe only half will be shot down. They are rather big (610mm) , unlike the Russian equivalent Tornado-S (300mm) which makes the Tornado-S more difficult to shoot down, though the ATACMS has about 100km longer range due to its size and propellant capacity.
