I upgraded for the exact same reasons. Nice to know there are like-minded folks out here. Wish I was closer to come fly some of those wonderful spots with you. I have the rc pro! It’s super dope man. Really fast when switching lens and general settings! Highly reccomend! Nice to see another Bay Area drone pilot!
@@LucizenVisuals yeah I didn’t expect the RC to be so laggy especially since the past drones have been fine. The weight of the pro is what held me back since I travel a lot. I may have to make the switch!
DJI are just upgrade as much for every model so it is (close to) worth upgrading.. Around 5 years ago there were shown a Phantom 1 inch with exchangeable lenses (in rumour forums).. That has been a lot better.. but has maybe not giving DJI as much money in the long run. Think of a Mavic w 4/3 sensor and exchangeble lenses. Lighter drone also.
so true man! I really hope they release small interchangeable lens, that would be so sick. like a little case for a 24mm, 50, 85mm. Also i wish they would make an adapter to put real screw on filters like inspire lineup

A couple questions. Does the gimbal lock on drone when you turn it off? Also, does the 7x lens have a better image than the original Mavic 3?
Hello the gimbal does not lock like the mavic 3, the image is slightly better on 7x lens imo check out the video!
