Swiss Chard Omelette practice

  • This Omelette dish is really good and healthy. I am still perfecting my pan skills since it has the leafy vegetable in it. You'll need-
    3 eggs separated, whites from yokes.
    1/2 cup chopped Swiss chard or spinach or you may even use Romaine lettuce.
    1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes (optional)
    1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
    1tbsp heavy cream or milk
    2 tsp olive oil
    Whip the whites until loose not too light
    season with Boullion powder and pepper flakes, add chopped Swiss-chard and mix well. Add to you pan which should be on medium heat. Fold over when egg whites are set. In the meantime, whip the yokes with the cream until smooth. Pour into the pan next to the folded egg whites. Raise the whites so that the yokes cane flow under and around ii. as the yokes set fold over onto the whites in an omelet style.
