I agree with you that nobody want to be video tape but as a police officer, you are working for and in the public interest and the public paying you to do a piece of job for them fairly and justicly. If what you saying here were legal than why do they required police to carry on working video Camara? Only a bad cop would be afraid of camara on the job.In fact, the video to be something you should love or like as a police officer to show the public that your are there for them.If you are in your private homa or job,you have the right to not be video tape but that too depends on the activities you are having at home or at your private jobs because some private jobs include stealing and rapping little kids so in these cases, you lost the right not to be vidoe tape

I asked on Reddit how one strips music out from a video, and someone explained it to me: get a recording of that music, invert the wave form, synchronize it to the music in the video, and add it to the sound track of the video. Adjust the loudness as necessary, until it is an exact match for how loud the music is in the video. By inverting the wave form of the recording and adding it to the video, you cancel out the sound of the music in the video. That's how it's done.
Everyone should know how to do this. Neutralize this disgusting tactic of the police. When recording them, let them know how easy it is to strip the music out. They will not be able to hide behind copyrighted music if everyone knows how to do this.
