Theory: Mr Stitchy is the spirit of Penny's teddy bear that was possessed. Penny Piggy's condition made her almost insane and that's why Mr Stitchy left٫ when the rest of George Piggy's family got infected Penny ran away too to try and look for him but was unsuccessful. Theory: The notes are written by penny most likely.
The reason that Stitchy was at the house was because in the memory chapter there was the face that we could see, it looked creepy like George did not know about Pennys condition and when we were doing the memory chapter that was when Stitchy learned of her condition!
Plus The memory chapter came before house chapter, The sighting in memory was behind the house on top of the fence with different eyes, because it was before penny gave them the teddy bear head. and in house map in front of the house. Also he came after the events happened, maybe he can control time and space. Its almost as Stitchy is following us as the puppet master would, who knows maybe the whole reason she left the house without George was because of the haunted shadow creature, because we never see him in the trailer with penny, because he realized her condition.
Also George has not wondered where his sister is. Coincidence?

Theory: the silhouettes of Mr. Stitchy aren’t silhouettes. That’s his actual skin color. Same with Peppa. Peppa and Mr. Stitchy got the same conditions but Peppa got it before so he was very sad. When he left her, he went to the countryside but he started getting the condition too and started to disrupt everything. Considering that most of the infection is in the city, there are probably other places that don’t have infected people and that’s where Mr. Stitchy went. A symptom of the condition is being demented so Peppa gave Mr. Stitchy a new creepy face for his new mind and body. Another symptom of the condition was being attracted to light and and since Mr. Stitchy is very creepy aggressive, nobody wants him around.
This is probably wrong but at least it’s something.

Y'know, I just noticed something.. Everyone that George is affiliated with has red eyes (Minus Dinopiggy, Mother, Father, and Parasee for some reason). Penny, Robby, Stitchy... The only oddballs here are Suzy and Delphine, but even then, they were close to Peppa, so even as Sheepy and Daisy, you'd think they'd remember George.

Yes, other skins have only one eye which is not infected such as crove etc but like Clowny is canon so we know he is actually infected however for some skins like Crove (like I said already) we don't know if they're canon because they haven't been a bot for any map nor are they canon to the story.

I have a new theory, the actor of Flora in the Haunting of Bly Manor also voice acts for Peppa Pig, Penny is based on Peppa Pig. Remember that creepy kid from it with no face? Kreek, I think you might be wrong, while watching this video, I got a theory, what if Mr stitchy was the one watching George in the distorted memory map that was available for 1-2 weeks and what if George was the one writing the notes because in the end of the map, George's eyes lit up red, making GEORGE have a condition and Mr stitchy got scared and left him, that's why George never saw him again, he also wrote an anonymous note at the forest warning people about him because he knew Mr stitchy had become dangerous and leaving other notes so people would know even if they weren't at the forest. And that's my theory

Theory: so do you remember that scene that said “Take this with you, don’t loose this too.” I believe that Some person gave mr.stitches the lantern, and told not to loose it, but in the forest map, the lantern is broken. That’s why you see him in multi chapters, that’s because he’s attracted to light, and the house has light, the forest has light, (etc.)

I think George knows mr. stitchy. Considering and the end of distorted memory, his eyes turn red. (Condition) George is also a kid, so he would have the teddy bear head. Mr. stitchy could be like a bit of shadow from the distorted memory that escaped through George’s head into the real world. Again, just a thought.
Edit: thanks for reminding me about the eyes in distorted memory in the back of the house! Those could also be mr. stitchy’s eyes. For the people who keep saying that it’s peppa’s bear not George’s, George might have more that just the dinosaur, and if he doesn’t I think he wouldn’t want to rip up his toy for mr.stitchy, and would rather rip up his sister’s toy for mr. stitchy’s face.

Actually, you could be right. Mr Stitchy was following us before the infection happened (alleys cutscene) and Mousy has never been able to walk, probably ever since she was born. So it’s definitely a possibility
I have another theory that suggests Mr.Stiches is Georges dark side Just like Memory was of penny pig Memory and Mr.Stitches are 2 charectars that not infected We see mr.stitches way before The infection started Therefore in Distorted memory we coincidentaly have Memory as a nightmare version of Penny In the end cutscene George glances at the eyes (probably mr.stitches) And yes George was turning infected but that was his nightmare him turning into mr.stitches
Theory: Mr Stitchy has to do with William. He was in the country side and gave Mr Stitchy his head. He must have done something to Willow, Daisy etc. and left. Daisy might have left to find him. The condition might have to do with something we might have not learned about.
I agree with you,Since there is a Piggy Book 2 maybe we should consider the new characters instead of always focusing on the old. Though Ms.P or Penny could be the people behind Mr.Stitchy's face too.

Well see, I’ll say the same thing from Denk0s vid. It makes ✨sense✨
If he was looking for Penny, he would go places kids would go. Home, school, etc. If he were looking after us, because we were going to find where Penny/or George was, or what happened to them, he would be there when we were alone, with no one else, or he might be spotted. If Penny did create him, every note makes sense.
Theory: In chapter 4 where the first note is, it says “do not draw the house with light. It will draw him, too” I believe that it means “Do not light the candles or it will summon him” and that’s what it means because we get the secret skin by lighting up the house with candles. The second note saying “I gave him a face” was a term not a physical mask, and I’m guessing Mr. Stitchy was friends with Mrs. P.
