Tbh that be cool if some servers made it a rule if you play as a medic you can only carry a hand gun just in case but you are not allowed to kill medics as it would be a war crime [aka breaking the rules to kill medics]
It's a shame that doing medical stuff doesn't give you rank progress because I love dedicated medic play. I play medic and religiously bandage everyone regardless of the situation. The number of times I've bandaged, salined, and morphined someone mid firefight is unreal.
I wanna buy the game just to see if I can follow TCCC guidelines and see if I can play the game to how I'd actually do it lol in real life I'm not rushing out to save you that's how you die. Fire superiority is the best medicine so I can dash out and get you

All you have to do is click the join the server you want and the mods will auto download
