I live in San Diego, California and I love watching garden tours from the same time of year around the world. It's so cool to see which plants can grow in different zones and to see some plants I've never heard of before. Keep the updates coming!
I love to see your garden grow! You are a great inspiration to me as I am also a gardener and RUclips creator. I see you put so much work into growing your garden! All the hard work is worth it to get to see the new growth everyday and soon harvest! l’m harvesting my first fruits and veggies of the season. The squash is delicious. Everything taste so much better home grown doesn’t it. I still have so much to learn about gardening and I appreciate your tips, tricks! I would love to learn more about gardening from each other.

I but my seeds online. I have tried saving some of my seeds and haven't had the best luck. Some do self seed, but I like to try different varieties every year. Thanks for watching
No. Mine just started to grow. I am thinking maybe the 100's we had was too much. Alyssum does better in the cooler weather. I will be giving it some fertilizer and see what happens. Thanks for watching
I usually start over the next year. I will take a lot of cuttings before the cold weather comes, but I think it is too hard to try and bring them in and deal with pests. I am still thinking about what I want to do with the houseplants I have outside. Thanks for watching

I have really been enjoying the dahlias I grew from seed. Thanks for watching
I just love your garden soooo much! What is the blue flower by the bee balm? And that pot area by your arch is perfect.
The blue flower is Blue Lady Browallia. I grew that from seed this year. I really like the pots by my arch too. Thanks for watching
So envious. Right now in SoCal zone 9B I’m just doing everything to keep things alive. Five days of 100+.
I had a couple of 100 degree days. Happy that we don't get that kind of weather a lot. Thanks for watching
Everything is beautiful. Did you say that you used the chicken fertilizer in your shade garden?
I use chicken manure pellets in all my gardens and containers. Thanks for watching
Everything is looking so pretty. What is the name of the plant beside the zinnia at 10:46.
It is a coleus that I have been growing for 3 years. I just keep taking cuttings. Not sure on the name. Thanks for watching
Hi,your garden seems fantastic bec.of the flowers, plants and birds singing. How do you maintain your garden?
I just work in my gardens during my free time. Thanks for watching
Love your garden…. I’m in Minnesota as well. What plant is that, that’s growing upward with the purple flowers?
If it is the one that is on the Obelisk, it is called Asarina. I grew that one from seed this year. Thanks for watching
Beautiful! Do you have drip irrigation? I know your pots or do you hand water
Nope. I don't have drip irrigation. I hand water all my pots. I find it relaxing and gives me time also to inspect the plants too. Thanks for watching
My alyssum looks the same. Is it fertilizer issue or should it be pinched back? Everyone else's look so bushy and are filled with blooms.
No. Mine just started to grow. I am thinking maybe the 100's we had was too much. Alyssum does better in the cooler weather. I will be giving it some fertilizer and see what happens. Thanks for watching
@@floralnhardy7332 OK, I will try fertilizering mine for more blooms. Thanks
What is the name of the dahlia before the cuphea?
It is a dahlia I grew from a seed packet called watercolor mix. Thanks for watching

Do you carry your pots over winter or start over next year.
I usually start over the next year. I will take a lot of cuttings before the cold weather comes, but I think it is too hard to try and bring them in and deal with pests. I am still thinking about what I want to do with the houseplants I have outside. Thanks for watching
