The only issue we have encountered with the massage seats is that all the modes work but the light does not always illuminate to let you know the mode has been changed. Other then that we have had no issues retaining massage seats.
I like it, but for the same price or even LESS if there's a sale, I can get the "FordSync4" brand, that just replaced the center bezel on your 17-19 dash with a custom bezel that looks like the 2022 trucks.... It then lets you use this same 12" screen, but also updates the HVAC controls to the turn knobs with the TEMP display inside them, like the 2022 trucks Surprised you guys didn't take that rout instead of pushing the 12" radio out on a floating pedestal FordSync4 uses all OEM parts other then the bezels and harnesses of course, but they also let you upgrade to the Sync4e tall radio from the electric f150 and Mach-E with the big knob IN the screen! But you loose all physical buttons
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We appreciate your feedback. I would just make sure you can reach out and see if it is even possible to speak to a live representative from their company on the phone. We have had a good amount of their customers reach out to us looking for a genuine quality solution after trying to return their products they purchased from them.
The ability to upgrade the bezel and use dual "auto" climate control as you suggest is doable, but if you have an XL/XLT with heated seats... they no longer work. Different modules than the Lariat and up models. You also have to change settings in Forscan to get the proper climate menu on the screen if you have an XL/XLT. Which I do. Also, the "dual" sensors in the XL/XLT aren't in the ducts, so you don't get a true dual climate control. Only thing I see working for you is the "auto" set temp in the climate controls. It's what I was after... but, losing the seat heaters was a problem for me. I've got that "bezel" for sale if you want to try it out.
@JohnnyAirtime1 I'm not sure if they offer a kit for the XLT trucks, so in that case your right, this kit from infotainment would work better! And adding dual climate probbaly isn't possible without adding everything from a donor truck But either then that, the other companies kit would work plug and play with trucks with existing dual zone Climate controls
@@Infotainment_nav I love your guys quality. That other company I mentioned is definately Chinese based. I was just curious if you guys ever tempted to go the route they did, for a more OEM look? I'd definately go with you guys if you offered something like that!!
@@Gendreau113I would like a more oem route, however like they mentioned above, there is no information of that company. I actually am kinda scared to even order from them.
No it will not the OBD genie is only plugged in to finalize programming. Any additional OBD II port device would be able to be reapplied after the kit is installed as the genie is then removed. All this programmer is doing is prepping your vehicle for the new HVAC system in the vehicle. If you include my name Taylor at checkout under the "Who helped you" section I will keep an eye on this personally. Thank you for your business.
Awesome! Wheres the Expedition and F150 kits? I only see F250,350?
Not yet. We are working on this but we are still testing. Use this link and we will keep you updated.

Seriously considering buying this! My only question is my truck is tuned will your odb plug affect anything but the radio? Thanks!

Does massage seats works with this upgrade?
It won't add massage seats but you will not lose them if they are factory installed in the vehicle already.
@ so If I put this retrofit kit in 2017 f250 king ranch massage function and type is working within screen?
