I thought timestamps would be useful so I did it myself:
    0:00 Intro and questions
7:02 soft spoken ear to ear
    8:22 whispered ear to ear
9:27 inaudbile whispering (my all-time favorite trigger)
    10:54 inaudible layered
    12:28 tapping
    15:03 page flipping
    16:34 crinkle sounds
    19:50 sticky sounds
    22:15 hand movements
26:35 follow the finger (my second favorite trigger)
    28:49 follow the light
    love this video!

Well, you were certainly a true doctor here. You movements were measured beautifully, and the sounds you made were expertly done just a like maestro. Your were supremely focused and you like a book, a definite page turner. You projected your inner talented beauty here and it was like watching poetry in motion, everything you did was balanced in your way. Great job Isabel.

*I have listened to around four of these, in a row - and I have such a calm that has washed over me; that you could point a loaded gun at me, safety off, and I would would lay back in my chair, close my eyes and let whatever happen (happen). These things are a life changer, great help with focus and oneness. Well done - as always.*

  • @lydieluck7753
    @lydieluck7753 7 лет назад

I love these "ASMR Lab" role plays because we get to identify what triggers us most, which is really cool! Here are my fav triggers in order
    1. Hand movements
    2. Follow the finger
    3. Crinkly shirt
    4. Inaudible speech
    5. Layered speech
As a side note, if I was in a sixties revival band I would totally hire you Isabel to do those psychedelic hand movements in my video!! They were super mesmerizing! I'm a very visual person so that always hits the spot for me 😊.

What triggers me the absolute most, are the SOUNDS of the "visuals". Just because of something I've discoverd already a while ago: ASMR works best, when there are contrasts and when the triggers come naturally (unexpected). So when you do the visuals, it is ALMOST silent but you can hear these tiny little sounds from your clothes which come accidentially.
All those "sk sk sk" (or similar) videos just don't work for me because there are too less silent breaks and everything is way too predictable. I really loved this video (also)! :)

This video was brilliant. What worked for me were whispering, inaudible whispering, layered whispering and tapping without using your fingernail. Would have liked to have heard close-ear-breathing and more skin stroking (neck, shoulders, collarbone, face, etc) and also close ear mmm's ahhh's and ohhh sounds. Wish part 1&2 were combined.

when combined with the sound of your breathing (through the nose).
