Thanks a ton SOIC for another masterclass. We learnt 1. How to understand a chemical business & what it takes for a chemical business to become successful in India 2. Types of business 3. Why it's so important to analyse the historical performance of the business & how to do it 3. How to marry fundamentals & technical 4. How to do management quality analysis of a business 5. How to think in terms of Capex, Gross block, net block & asset turns. 6. How to value a business 7. How to do thesis, antithesis, valuation analysis 8. How we can deal with cyclicality of a business. There are many more. 🙂
We're glad to know you're taking time out to study with us to become an intelligent investor. 🤝😃 Thank you for watching our analysis videos & your support. 🙏
I learnt more about chemical industries in this one video than ever before ...appreciate such holistic analysis of the company. Looking forward for more such videos. Thanks
First thing is that really thanks for the sharing knowledge with others without greed. Greed can end one day but knowledge cant. So, with the help of this analysis. I learned that how to check history performance of a company and why it is important to get knowledge about promoters. I also learned that it is important that what is the vision of promoters for the company because it gives you a hint that how company is going to perform. Last but not least I get to know that why valuations are also important, specially when company is in downtrend.
Bohot hi umda analysis...... video dekhne ke baad lagta hein hum khudse bhi ek chemical company chalu kar sakte hein. Sir how and from where you get so much information..... about sector and the company. YOU ARE PHENOMENAL. Hats off to you Sir

Ishmohit I have been tracking Aarti for a year since the down cycle started but I am very confused with 3 anti-thesis against the bounce back, - They have done a lot of capex in the past and still, a lot of that utilization is poor. Mgmt has not given any clarity on improvement thus far. - Chemical companies trying to go into pharma are more difficult than pharma companies trying to get into chemicals. - Reduced promoter holding kindly guide on clarity please@@SOICfinance
Nice explanation of the Company and very insightful. Aarti has Moat and the promoters are experienced veterans. Nevertheless risk is high due to dependence on crude.I am holding Aarti since last 5 years.😂

Thanks team SOIC for this timely analysis. Thesis pointers outweigh the antithesis pointers at this point in time in my opinion. Even though so many headwinds are there worldwide right now, including wars, inflations & what not, we need to find opportunities that have the potential to grow business & profits substantially over the next 3-5 years. Aarti fits that bill. The risk could be managed by 2 things I guess. 1. Margin of Safety & 2. Position Sizing. As you rightly said Ishmohit, this is a contrarian play wherein we are betting on the future story that's yet to start even though a lot of ground work is being done by the promoters & that's why unless the business momentum has resumed in reality, no point in making a huge valuation here. But definitely worth making small allocation. For antithesis pointers, the story needs to be tracked closely.

The historical average P/E of NIFTY 50 is between 20-22 ,but from 1April 2021,NSE changed index calculation, earlier only standalone earnings of a company was included but now consolidated earning of a company is included and due to this P/E of NIFTY 50 fall from 40(on March 30) to 33 (on April 1). So my query is that now what is the average P/E of NIFTY 50,how to identify it?? Please Paaji it's a humble request, please address this query. Thank you.

The video where you told reading annual report with Deepak nitrile as example was awesome to say the least.
I have a request regarding the next video.
Please make it on notes to financial statements.
Or you could say that the part 2 of the Deepak nitrile video.
I have learnt many things about investing thanks to you.
And this is the last link.
A detailed video on footnotes would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Paaji i have one query please please address it,it will be beneficial for all of us out here.
Thank you.
