Music really helps me get trough the day, seriously it does and I'm not even exaggerating it. Sometimes I find it hard to even get my leg out of the bed, I don't feel like getting up and moving cause it's such a complicated task for me especially when I start to think "what's even the use of getting up when all of my days are the same, when in the end none of this will even matter" Yet I put some music on (usually lofi) and I get motivated to get out of my bed, dress up, clean my room and continue with my day, continue life without thinking about coming back to my bed. But somehow music is also something that helps me end the day.

Music really helps me get trough the day, seriously it does and I'm not even exaggerating it.
Sometimes I find it hard to even get my leg out of the bed, I don't feel like getting up and moving cause it's such a complicated task for me especially when I start to think "what's even the use of getting up when all of my days are the same, when in the end none of this will even matter"
Yet I put some music on (usually lofi) and I get motivated to get out of my bed, dress up, clean my room and continue with my day, continue life without thinking about coming back to my bed.
But somehow music is also something that helps me end the day.

I just returned from a wonderful early morning run in the fresh air and am enjoying my yoga stretching and meditation with this beautiful lofi chill music. 💓 I feel so relaxed and happy when listening to this playlist. Particularly I like black coffee with sugar and rooftop campground. The boy who is sitting on the rooftop seems to have big dreams and I like that.
