DUNKIN OJT NOTES: •• Hot Latte (Medium white cup) - with unsweetened vanilla (3 pumps) and milk and sugar (3 tsp). - to get milk (go to dairy machine), then select ‘milk’ , ‘medium’, and ‘latte’ all at the same time. - put the milk on another machine (steam machine/ espresso machine) and click the “Latte steam” to mixed the milk. - then get the white medium cup (with 3 tsp of sugar already in the cup) and put in on the ‘steam’ machine (espresso machine) and select the ‘medium espresso.’ - Once the steaming of the milk is done. Pour that milk onto the white medium cup (use a spoon to stop the sponges of the milk from draining down the cup). - Mixed everything with a spoon. (Latte you mixed it, however Macchiato you don’t mixed it). •• Ice Caramel Latte (Medium clear cup) - Put ice (almost full) - 3 pumps of caramel - Put the clear medium cup on the steaming machine. Then, select the medium shot of espresso (medium espresso). - Then, put milk by putting the cup on the dairy machine. Select ‘milk’, ‘medium’, and ‘latte.’ REMEMBER: * Signature Latte comes with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar. * Latte does not contain whipped cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar. ALSO: * at the steaming machine (espresso machine). All the double shot is for “Macchiato.” And all the single shot is for the “Latte.” * Latte you mixed it, however Macchiato (hot or ice) you don’t mixed it. •• Ice Macchiato (Large clear cup) - Fill the cup with ice (up to the second line). Follow the line to know how much ice to put. - Flavor (coconut). Put 4 pumps of coconut because it is ‘Large.’ (Large is always equal to 4 pumps). - If you don’t want any sugar or sweet flavor, put oat milk. My friend work at Dunkin for 14 years and he appreciated this channel because he likes to make his customers happy which is why they like his hot and iced coffee because he makes it a certain way that the customers really love.

Unbelievable no training and they ignore you when you need help especially on the register, so I'm stuck and ghd line is backed up but no one will answer my quest..😮...And then my portion of tbe tips is gone... someone ( no one knows who) took the bag because when the shift manager did the tips she didn't put my name on the bag ..nice...

was my first day today, and while my coworkers were nice enough, i was still really embarrassed to ask for help with things. mostly, anything that involves the espresso machine 😅
Hey bro which store are you at? Id love to try your coffees, I’ve been so disappointed with Dunkin’ lately, they should teach their employees how to make coffee like you. There’s been times that I had to teach the guy how to make it 🤦🏽♂️ Cuz Im a coffee lover
