In this video I have shared 5 tips to manage constipation in children at home. I shared the importance of Prunes, Pears and Peaches in management of Constipation in Babies. Prunes have Sorbitol sugar which is hard to digest and effective in management of Constipation in Babies. Similarly I shared the importance of exercise in managing constipation in children.

Ek bar baby per try to kr k dekh skte ho..ho skta h usko ye problem na ho .but daily egg nai dena..pet m kabj bhi ho skti h..or ap jaisa bol rhe h wo b ho skta h .kbhi kbhi dene m koi problem nai ho skti. Baki apki marji😊

As per my knowledge,don’t give castor oil.but papaya de sakte hai.it’s very good for constipation.but consult your doctor first

Maybe be because of oats.it’s really good but uske saath jyada water intake hoba chahiye.aap oats de sakte ho but yeh high fiber food hai.isiliye water bhi jyada pilana chahiye bachcho ko
