For the tires, it’s really important to check the tire load chart which will provide exact pressure for the weight on each tire. Getting the pressure right will ensure tire does not overheat (due to flexing, heating due to low tire pressure is the #1 cause for catastrophic failure of tires) and is not too stiff (which might damage the trailer)
Great to see and hear all the updates. Especially for the products I have installed in the trailer because I saw them first here. Thanks Ray, and Anne too!
Ray, I’m curious if things like toilet flush mechanisms or water pumps give advance warning signs, like odd noises before they fail. I don’t carry spares, maybe I should? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Usually they do if it's a failure with the pressure switch it will start to cycle to much or make weird noises. A bad check valve will start to back leak water into the fresh tank when on city water. A poor motor will start to run slow. But it could quit suddenly if motor wiring failed or the motor seized up for some reason or a clog happens inside. They are fairly simple devices. Here is a video where I took one all apart - ruclips.net/video/SKvzYoTs4J0/видео.html I carry a spare on the boat and in the RV but haven't had to use it.

I liked the rooster in the background!
This was one of the most valuable videos you've done. Thanks so much!
You're welcome :)
I bet the value of all Ray's gadgets is worth more than the Cougar's blue book value.😂
Really appreciate the updates. I was not aware of the videos on your Amazon page. I’ll have to take a look see.
