Nice splicer, I have one, but is impossible to find the tape with small windows.. So I use 3 m tape and fix until the hole, no cover its

how to restore? you lost at least 2 frames by cutting that way :(

At 16 fps, losing 2 frames means 0.125 second of film loss... since the choppy nature of super 8, who cares
