Is there a benefit when a (non-max distance) disc has the glide/turn/fade attribute? Do those attributes provide something that discing up/throwing more understable do not, or is it just chosen for a unique flight path?
If I understand your question correctly, certain attributes provide both different distances and different shapes. For instance, Accurate Glide flies a little longer than Accurate Windbreak. Extra Turn gives you more turn but also a straight finish (less fade). Does that answer your question?
@@discgolfvalleytipsbyalf the best example of what I mean would be: if you throw an extra glide speed 10 that goes roughly the same distance as a speed 12, why not throw the 12? Likewise, if you throw an extra turn explorer, why not just throw a river? When you throw glide sapphires I'm wondering if its mostly because the sapphire itself is a good disc. Good videos btw.
Ok, yeah, it’s all about fine tuning distance with a full send, which is what most people prefer…and it’s about shot shape. The Sapphire IMO has a perfect distance for a lot of holes, but it’s shape is also very predictable and consistent.
You're the man ALF
I don’t know about all that, but glad you like the content!
I use the Grace, because the muskets don't always have the distance.
Yea, the wind can make it challenging for Muskets.

Easy to hit the ground infront of the tee
Yes, it is. Probably should have pointed that out…thank you!
I use an EG/R Havoc here
Thanks
