Y’all I tried this recipe for the second time….. I just want you to know that my husband will never leave me!😂😅🤣 He requested a second batch last night after single handedly eating the whole batch I made about 3 weeks ago. This recipe is easy and great tasting. This time I changed up the glaze with 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk that I had left over from another recipe. Thank you Diva….. I love it too!❤️💕
Either way, I’m going to make some for the 4th of July. Hmm, about 20. I’m going to add a little twist with some cinnamon, nutmeg and pure vanilla extract.. 🤤 I don’t eat sweet but my family will tear them up.
I love how you’re like my personal baking-coach throughout the process, especially the pastry dough instruction! You even threw in the extra calorie burning benefits as you extended the dough kneading time!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! OMG, when I was in middle school they use sale these in the cafeteria. They were so GOOD, I would spend all my lunch money on them. I love me some pie… It’s my snack of choice and can’t wait to make these with my little one🥰

I'm SOOOOOO looking forward to making these! For the glaze, I'm going to use heavy cream instead of the milk, I just can't have straight milk like that. But I can have heavy cream! (less lactose in it) So excited!!! Oh, and yes, will totally add in my spices and pure vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste, making it my own, just like you encourage! 🥰🥰🥰
