Stunning! Looks to have been incredibly well renovated. The one and only thing I'd change is the "radiateurs grille-pain" electric heaters (which explain the fairly high DPE) but to be honest that's such a minor thing. At this price, it's an absolute steal... I make it out to be approx €1200 p/sq. mtr. It's sadly in the wrong location for me though otherwise I'd be all over it.

Is that a river behind the house ? Listing says septic in the cellar ? Is that an oddity in france ? Or because of lack of usable land for it because of the river ? Looks like a garage in building in courtyard of property. Is that included ? Is there a dishwasher in kitchen ? Would be such a waste to gouge out a place for it in the nice kitchen, but couldnt live without one.
