Guardian has more power in its System Crash ability while Outlaw has more range with its Foul Play ability, but less capabilities... I'm out

saw outlaw once in battle last week, he was a slow turkey who died in flash. I think he'll be like a target practice mech where everyone shoots at it at once :D
