Fancy by Jessica Simpson has a very similar dry down to Gold Couture. Overall I think Fancy smells a little more mature and refined than Gold Couture but they’re both a nice sweet vanilla scent

@@viellulu4763 I think the best way to describe de Bailncourt is that it's sandalwood while still being light. It's the woody perfume I can wear in the heat without feeling to heavy or overwhelming. I might try the perfume instead of the perfume oil in high humidity!
Such beautiful fragrances! I adore the Chanel Chance line of perfumes but they don't last on my skin at all😩😩 I love how Alien smells from the bottle but on my skin it's like washing powder, such a shame😭😭😭 It's Spring season here where I live and I've been enjoying my Miracle and Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet a lot🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for the video and have a nice week👍🏼
I really didn't like flowerbomb for the longest time, to where i found it almost intolerable, but recently something just switched in me and now i love it and just got my first bottle of it :) it's so weird how much taste can change! Hi Cody, I had a similar experience when I first tried one of my now favorite perfumes. I got a mini of Lolita Lempicka EDT as a gift and thought it smelled awful. But I was determined to like it and eventually it turned into love - definitely in my Top 10. (I like the EDP less, but I definitely prefer lighter fragrances) I used to wear Dior Addict. It’s a good one and people love to smell it. 😊 🙏🏽💟☮️☯️⚛️

The Simple Chic Life the way I checked that the bottle at the mall was a 2012 formulation was by googling the batch number. I can’t recall exactly what site I relied on in my search results, but, yeah, it was by the batch number. If your store has old batches that’s amazing!

The Simple Chic Life I absolutely love it! Not super long lasting but has awesome performance first 2 hours. It’s like the 2 steps up, more interesting version of Not A Perfume!
@@Brittany-os9mk I suggest that you spray the box and come back to it the next day and sniff the box. That's what everyone is smelling. That musty grandma smell is not really the main smell. It's more of a brand new grapey smell. It smells good. My only complaint is that it's too spicy for me and even though it doesn't mention that it has pepper in it, I could SWEAR that it has pepper and it's too much sometimes. But if you can't seem to love it after a month, it's better to just sell it. Everyone has different tastes and it's okay :) Wear what you love because at the end of the day perfume is about how it makes you feel and that results in looking more beautiful.
I was surprised to see Gold Couture! It’s a great scent but doesn’t last on me. I have the Fragrance One Day for Women and it’s very similar but lasts longer
Have you had the chance to smell anything from the house of Fragrance Du Bois? Id love to know your thoughts on Oud Jaune, Oud Orange, Oud Rose, Santal Complet, New York 5th Ave, New York Intense, Milano and Petals De Cashmere. I want to know your thoughts on them and see if they are worth the asking price. Maybe a video dedicated to the house discussing wich ones are worth it? The scent itself needs to be 8/10, the longevity needs to be at least 8/10, the projection needs to be atleast 7/10, and the versatility needs to be atleast 5/10 to justify the price tag. Thankyou!

hmm I guess it depends on where you spray it and how moisturized your skin is that day too. I try to spray on my skin and clothing which helps but I know sometimes they seem to disappear right away.
I know this has nothing to do with fragrances, but I can't help but notice that you seem to be holding your phone/camera in 1 hand and are using your free hand to handle the fragrance bottle. I just bought a rather unique selfie stick from a company called MonkeyTail Stick. It has a flexible, sturdy, kind of rubberized stick that you can twist and bend into different shapes e.g. around railings, tree branches etc or form it so that it stands up on a surface. Anyway, the idea of a Monkey Tail Stick is to be hands free, it has a remote, and you can use it in ways that you otherwise could not with a typical selfie stick, which means you can get shots that you could not with a normal selfie stick. Anyway, I thought it might work well so you could be hands free while you are filming. Just a thought, check it out: www.monkeytailstick.com

Yeah I have to admit I haven’t worn addict much; it feels like a special occasion scent to me for some reason.

anyone feel like coco Mademoiselle doesn’t last more than a couple of hours? I spray 3-5 sprays and few hours later no one can smell it on me :(
hmm I guess it depends on where you spray it and how moisturized your skin is that day too. I try to spray on my skin and clothing which helps but I know sometimes they seem to disappear right away.

I know this has nothing to do with fragrances, but I can't help but notice that you seem to be holding your phone/camera in 1 hand and are using your free hand to handle the fragrance bottle. I just bought a rather unique selfie stick from a company called MonkeyTail Stick. It has a flexible, sturdy, kind of rubberized stick that you can twist and bend into different shapes e.g. around railings, tree branches etc or form it so that it stands up on a surface. Anyway, the idea of a Monkey Tail Stick is to be hands free, it has a remote, and you can use it in ways that you otherwise could not with a typical selfie stick, which means you can get shots that you could not with a normal selfie stick. Anyway, I thought it might work well so you could be hands free while you are filming. Just a thought, check it out:
