Dimash is an international mega star, he may not be as big on RUclips -only 2.4 mil subscribers, but he is bigger in other countries. His Chinese Weibo account -has 8+ mil fans to compare. He sells stadiums in every country he visits. He is just not as commercialized as the common american "pop" stars.

His name is not Di “mash” like mash potatoes. It’s Di “ma” sh as if you are calling your mom ma. Dee’ma’sh. Great reaction. His last name is very easy to pronounce if you think about vowels, constanants. Syllables end after a vowel. When there are two vowels, the first in most cases is silent, the second vowel is pronounced as it is in the alphabet. Ku/Di/ber/gen. The last syllable rhythms with hen.

If you listen Dimash doing that song LIVE in Russia with Igor Krutoy,it is even better,he is unique on the planet,because a singer can sing with a great voice,but Dimash can sound diferent singers in one song,there is no one ,many are trtying to make comparisons to which i think is a stupid way to react,it also loses the respect of the singer you are reacting to,i never subscribe if any reactor makes comparisons,but only real singers,musical directors,real vocal coaches composers,producers can evaliate all the ingredients of a great interpretation, of great songs,i agree with you he came on a mission,you are right!
